Looking for an Excel example for RM...

I once put together a spreadsheet for RM, and it was crude, but effective. Does anyhow have a template or example of a effective RM matrix that I could use? If you can point me to a url or reply, I would appreciate it.:cool:

What do you want the RM matrix to do?
How will you use it?

to track all the fucntionality (I have to reverse engineer the application) and then map test cases against it. Some links to development would be good.
