I was wondering, does anybody knows any certificates for analysts or has one himself. Anything concerned with areas in our everyday working field.
I don't have any, but I think it might get lucrative.

Well, the most prominent one at the moment is the IIBA certification - Certified Business Analyst Professional. It's equivalent to a PMP certified project manager.

The only other certifications I've seen are either specific to a training company producing their own or various academic institutions offering a "professional certificate" of some sorts. I don't know how valuable either of these are career-wise.

Other certifications that might be useful include certification in UML modeling and facilitation. I believe there's an organization for facilitation that has their own certification process, and I think the Object Modeling Group does UML certification.

I heard of another one at the RE08 conference -- the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB) Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering. I think it's primarily focused in Europe right now, but they're interested in getting involved in the US. You can read more about it at http://www.isqi.org/en/certification/certified-professional-for-requirements-engineering/
